Sweet Bourbon Marinade Grilled Salmon


We try to eat heathy - we really do. I thought
I would share with you one of our favorite
grilled recipes.
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 T soy sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 tsp bourbon whiskey
1/4 tsp cracked pepper
1/8 tsp garlic
1/2 cup vegetable oil
handful of fresh cut chives
2 large salmon filets
Marinade salmon for between 2-3 hours, absolutely no longer than 5 hours!
Grill on tin foil with a few holes punched in it and baste with marinade
while cooking. Enjoy! More recipes to come later.
